We aim to make ordering and receiving your brick slips as straightforward as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses.

If you are located outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm whether delivery can be arranged and any additional charges that may apply.

Delivery Times

Delivery times can vary depending on the product, quantity ordered and stock availability.

Estimated delivery times will be provided where possible and are intended as a guide rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Orders may occasionally take longer due to supplier availability, courier delays, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated according to the products ordered, order quantity and delivery location.

The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout where available.

For larger or heavier orders, delivery may be made by pallet or specialist courier.

Pallet Deliveries

Brick slips and related products can be heavy, particularly when ordered in larger quantities.

For pallet deliveries:

• You must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery where required.

• The delivery address must be suitable for a large delivery vehicle.

• You are responsible for ensuring there is safe and suitable access to the delivery location.

• Pallets may be delivered to the nearest suitable kerbside or accessible location rather than carried into your property.

• Drivers may not be able to move pallets over gravel, grass, steps, steep slopes or other unsuitable surfaces.

Checking Your Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your products appear damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and products before moving, installing or disposing of them and contact us as soon as possible.

If you believe you have received the wrong product or your order is incomplete, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Damaged Goods

Although we take care when preparing orders, brick products can occasionally become damaged during transportation.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with:

• Your order number.

• Photographs of the damaged products.

• Photographs of the packaging and pallet, where applicable.

• A description of the damage.

Do not install damaged products before contacting us, as this may affect our ability to resolve the issue.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the courier is unable to deliver, additional delivery charges may apply.

Please also provide any relevant delivery instructions at checkout where available.

Missed Deliveries

If nobody is available to receive a delivery when required, the courier may leave the goods in a suitable location, rearrange delivery or return the goods to the depot.

Any additional charges resulting from a missed delivery may be the customer's responsibility where the failed delivery was caused by circumstances within the customer's control.

Split Deliveries

If your order contains products that are available at different times, your order may be delivered separately.

Where this occurs, we will aim to keep you informed of the expected delivery arrangements.

Delivery Delays

We cannot guarantee delivery dates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed with you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, supplier delays, transport disruption, strikes or other unforeseen events.
